Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company on 31 May 2024 at 8.00am under the terms of a General Security Agreement dated 26 March 2024. The property in receivership is all present and after-acquired property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
