Notice of Termination of Receivership

Gareth Russel Hoole and Raymond Paul Cox, Ecovis KGA Limited of Level 2, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland were, on 1 March 2024, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named companies under the provisions of general security agreements dated 10 March 2022 and 14 December 2023.

That appointment ceased with effect from 1.00pm on 30 May 2024, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the companies to the director.

This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
