Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Rees Logan and Diana Clare Matchett both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP110 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company on 14 May 2024 by Tasmag Capital No.1 Limited under the terms of a general security agreement with the company dated 29 November 2022.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property, being the company’s personal property and all other property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
