Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Jessica Jane Kellow and Paul Thomas Manning both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO (Registration Numbers: IP75 and IP39), were appointed receivers of the above named individual on 10 May 2024 at 1.21pm pursuant to a general security agreement dated 1 July 2013 and Specific Security Agreements dated 1 July 2013 and 7 July 2020 by the Bank of New Zealand.

The property consists of all present and after acquired property together with all proceeds arising from that property including goods and personal property.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
