Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 9 May 2024 under the powers contained in a Loan Agreement dated 23 February 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
