Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and Individuals by Seascape (2010) Limited on 2 May 2024 under the powers contained in a Funding Agreement dated 18 December 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individuals.

The address for the receivers is 59 Apollo Drive, Albany, Auckland.
