Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 10 April 2024, on the application of Taoufik Eldrissi (a trustee of the Trust), the High Court of New Zealand at 24 Waterloo Quadrant Corner Waterloo Quadrant & Parliament Street, Auckland appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of Level 2, 5-7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland, jointly and severally to be receivers of all of the property of AOTEAROA CHARITABLE FOUNDATION TRUST.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Information about the regulation of Insolvency Practitioners is available from the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.
