Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Malcolm Grant Hollis (IP25) and Wendy Ann Somerville (IP66), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 15 January 2024, under the terms of a security agreement entered into by the company on 11 October 2019, Richard Athol Barton did appoint us joint and several receivers of all the undertakings, property and assets of the company secured by the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of the security agreement and at law.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
