Notice of Appointment of a Receiver of Assets

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was on 12 April 2024 appointed by the Bank of New Zealand as receiver of assets of BAY YARDING BUSINESS TRUST under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 24 March 2018, and as asset finance agreement dated 4 April 2018 which property consists of a 1995 Madill 124 Swing Yarder with chassis number 24-11 together with any accessions, accessories, additions, improvements, replacements to, and proceed of such property.

Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 16 April 2024, I have ceased to act as receiver of assets of the above-named trust in relation to the 1995 Madill 124 Swing Yarder with chassis number 24-11 together with any accessions, accessories, additions, improvements, replacements to, and proceed of such property.
