Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 10 April 2024 at 10.00am under the powers contained in a loan agreement dated 5 April 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
