Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Seascape (2010) Limited on 20 March 2024 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 17 August 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
