Notice is hereby given that on 18 March 2024, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20) and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of the company by Bank of New Zealand, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 17 December 2021. The property in receivership is all of the company's present and after acquired personal property.
