Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 15 March 2024 at 11.00am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named company. The receivers and managers were appointed by Bank of New Zealand under the terms of a security instrument dated 10 August 2017.
