Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 14 March 2024 at 11.57am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Philip Craig Macey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named individual. The receivers and managers were appointed by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited under the terms of a security instrument dated 2 November 2011.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
