Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8715147, 8802171, 8859950

Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies on 14 March 2024 by Fulcrum Media Finance 4 (NZ) Limited under the terms of General Security Deeds with the companies.

The property in receivership is all the companies present and after-acquired personal property and land.

All receivers and managers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
