Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Colin Sanderson and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Hamilton and Auckland, advise that the receivership of the above company has ended and that we ceased to act on 7 March 2024.

As LAVENDER COTTAGE 2021 LIMITED is not in liquidation, control for that company passes to the director.
