Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the property charged of the above-named company in favour of Bank of New Zealand on 7 March 2024 by a Security Document (as defined in and incorporating the BNZ Business Lending Master Terms version 1) dated 18 April 2023.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers is: Deloitte, Level 20, Deloitte Centre, 1 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
