Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SURE SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 23 February 2024 at 4.15pm on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 12 April 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
