Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HPF LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court of Auckland on the 1 March 2024 at 11.00am, following an application by Liquidstone Limited.
