Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (License No. 120) of Patel & Co was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the Auckland High Court on 1 March 2024 at 11.07am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The interim liquidator fixes 5 April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to the distribution.
