Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PLANT PRODUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 20 February 2024 at 8.10am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 April 2024.
