On 29 February 2024 at 9.00am by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Duncan Varnham Fea, chartered accountant of Queenstown, was appointed liquidator of the company. The directors have certified that the company is solvent.

The liquidator fixes 5 April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by that date will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made and may not object to that distribution.
