Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland on 23 February 2024 at 10.50am and 10.10am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 12 April 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
