Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of M A WAGENER LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 20 February 2024 at 8.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 20 April 2024.
