FRIEDEN ESPLANADE RESTAURANT LIMITED on 13 December 2024 at 10.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholders.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 10 February 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
