Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ROCKAWAY BEACH LIMITED (trading as The Yot Club) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 12 December 2024 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 11 February 2024.
