Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 11 December 2024 at 2.00pm, George Bannerman and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP147 and IP40 respectively), were appointed interim liquidators of the above-named trust by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Mark Williamson, Chair of the trust.
