AUDIO COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and PERCOM 2000 LIMITED (both in liquidation)
The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 6 December 2024 at 11.30am.
Raymond Paul Cox (IP94) and Gareth Russel Hoole (IP26), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 January 2025 as the day on or before which creditors of each company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
