Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOUR BROTHERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 7 February 2024 at 2.19pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of INSPIRE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 12 February 2024 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHITE GARDENS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 14 February 2024 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
