Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by the High Court at Hamilton on 12 February 2024 at 11.18am, on the application of Samson Corporation Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 20 March 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
