Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LGZ GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 4 December 2024 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
