SISTAS TRADING LIMITED and NEXTGEN UNICORN LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed, both Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the solvent liquidation of SISTAS TRADING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 27 November 2024 at 9.00am and in the liquidation of NEXTGEN UNICORN LIMITED on 4 December 2024 at 8.58am.
The liquidators fix 24 January 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the entities are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
