Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SARGOOD LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch on 28 November 2024 at 10.26am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 20 January 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
