Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on 22 November 2024 of the companies listed below:

• CANFIELD INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 10.02am on the application of Body Corporate 384684
• CHARCOAL CHICKEN 2020 LIMITED at 10.55am on the application of Kayla Jade Bishop

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 23 December 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
