Take notice that ARTIFEX FLOORING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner 150) as liquidator on 22 November 2024 at 12.59pm.

I fix 23 December 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
