Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BUILD ONCE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by resolution of its sole shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 19 November 2024 at 1.15pm.

We fix 24 December 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
