Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of UUE TRUSTEE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga on 4 November 2024 at 10.40 am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 519465.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FUTURE HOMES NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 11 November 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 23 December 2024.
