STONE PAVING/CONCRETE FINISHING LIMITED on 4 November 2024 at 9.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholder.

COOLING TOWERS NZ LIMITED on 4 November 2024 at 11.05am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholder.

JENSEN INDUSTRIES LIMITED 4 November 2024 at 11.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the board of directors and the shareholders.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation. A solvency certificate has now been submitted to the Registrar of Companies.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 6 December 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
