Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Larissa Helen Logan, was appointed liquidator of LABOUR 4 YOU AUCKLAND LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholder on 25 October 2024 at 12.45pm.

We fix 30 November 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
