Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2024 at 9.55am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named entities by special resolution of the shareholders and the limited partners pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix 29 November 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above named entities are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
