Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 6659313 and 8352168

Kieran Jones and Steven Khov, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 18 October 2024 at 9.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 18 November 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
