WOODSMAN CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and STEPHENSON CONSULTING LIMITED (previously trading as Tart Bakery) (both in liquidation)
Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WOODSMAN CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 October 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STEPHENSON CONSULTING LIMITED (previously trading as Tart Bakery) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 10 October 2024 at 7.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Tart Bakery has been sold to an unrelated entity and is separate to the liquidation.
