Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed, both Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidation of SONIA FULLFILL LIMITED (in liquidation) on 7 October 2024 at 9.09am and in the solvent liquidation of SIMPSON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 7 October 2024 at 12.47pm and in the solvent liquidation of PARKER RANDALL LIMITED (in liquidation) on 8 October 2024 at 2.11pm.

The liquidators fix 28 November 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the entities are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
