Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 11 October 2024 at 10.00am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAINLAND PASTURES LIMITED and MAINLAND TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 11 December 2024.
