Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland on 1 February 2024 on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993:

NATIONAL SCAFFOLDING NZ LIMITED at 11.40am.

NEW ZEALAND JOY AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED at 11.33am.

We fix 11 March 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
