Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, as shown below:

VP CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 6 February 2024 at 3.21pm.

PLUMB LAB LIMITED on 7 February 2024 at 10.30am, by order of the High Court at Auckland, on the application of Akl Plumbing & Gasfitting Services Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 29 March 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
