Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

AFGL2024 LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 19 September 2024 at 2.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

MMME TRUSTEES LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 24 September 2024 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

RENO N FITOUT LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 27 September 2024 at 10.48am on the application of Lady Luck Limited, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 1 November 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
