SHOP ND SAVE (2019) LIMITED on 30 September 2024 at 10.09am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.This was a High Court appointment upon petition by a creditor under CIV-2024-476-16.

ADORE HAIR & BEAUTY LIMITED on 4 October 2024 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholder.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 November 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
