AMORA HOTELS AUCKLAND SERVICES LIMITED, ATLAS HOLDINGS LIMITED, JUPITER LIMITED, PLAZA INTERNATIONAL HOTEL LIMITED and PLAZA SERVICES LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 September 2024 at 10.00am.
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 5 November 2024, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Please note, this is a solvent liquidation for the purpose of restructuring shareholders’ affairs and a declaration of solvency, pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993, has been signed.
