Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ RAPID TESTS LIMITED by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 February 2024 at 11.52am. The applicant creditor was Bell Gully.

We fix 7 March 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
